Hot Tamales - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. regular hamburger meat
2 medium onions (cut fine)
2 pods garlic (cut fine)
2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. red pepper
1/2 c. water
1 c. tomato sauce
2 Tbsp. chili powder
2 tsp. cumin
Preparation

Form meat mixture into small rolls.
Use coffee filters.
Wet each filter.
Lay out flat.
Drop 1/2 tsp corn meal on wet filter. Add a small roll of meat mixture on corn meal mix.
Add another 1/2 tsp corn meal mix over meat.
Roll tamales.
Lay a heavy pot on its side and start placing tamales in.
Stack tightly, filling entire pot.
