Caramel Corn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. brown sugar
    2 sticks butter or margarine
    1 c. Karo or honey (I use 1/2 Karo and 1/2 honey)
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 tsp. soda
    2 gal. popped corn
    1 c. raw peanuts or pecans
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 tsp. soda
Preparation
    Pour over 2 gallons popped corn.
    Cook in oven at 250\u00b0 for 1 hour, stirring every 5 minutes.
    Pour on wax paper and separate.
