Stuffed Mushrooms - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. fresh mushrooms
1 lb. sausage
1/2 envelope Lipton onion soup mix
1/2 tsp. sage
Preparation

Wash mushrooms. Take off stems and scoop out the caps.
Save the caps.
Chop and mix the rest of the mushroom parts with the other ingredients.
Fill caps to heaping.
Put in a cake pan in a single layer.
Add enough water to cover the bottom of the pan. Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
The last 10 minutes, bake uncovered.
Put mushrooms and juice in a crock-pot to keep warm for serving.
