French Fried Cauliflower - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small head cauliflower
    1 tsp. salt
    1 egg
    1/2 c. milk
    1 c. biscuit baking mix
Preparation
    Wash and break cauliflower into small florets.
    Sprinkle with salt.
    Combine milk, egg and biscuit mix and stir well.
    Dip florets into batter and deep fry until golden brown, 8 to 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
    Drain.
