Diabetic Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cup water
    1 cup raisins (I cook in boiling water until tender)
    1 cup fruit cocktail
    2 Tbsp. liquid sweetener
    6 pkg. Equal
    2 eggs
    3/4 cup cooking oil
    1 tsp. baking powder
    2 cups self-rising flour
    1 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 cup nuts
    1 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
    1/2 cup crushed pineapple, drained
    Sweetener to taste
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together and frost cake when cooled.
