Marinated Carrots - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. carrots, cleaned and sliced
    1 purple onion, sliced thin
    1/2 bell pepper, sliced thin
    1 can tomato soup
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. vinegar
Preparation
    Cook carrots until tender.
    Layer carrots, onion and bell pepper slices in Pyrex dish.
    Combine soup, sugar and vinegar in saucepan and bring to a boil.
    Pour over vegetables, cover and refrigerate.
    Serve cold.
    Keeps one month.
