Chicken And Rice - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (3 or 4 lb.) chicken
1 tsp. salt
1 c. rice
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 1/2 c. water
Preparation

Soak chicken in salt water overnight, drain.
Put rice in 9 x 11 1/2-inch baking dish.
Lay cut up chicken on top of rice. Sprinkle salt and pepper on chicken.
Add water.
Lay aluminum foil over top.
Bake 1 hour at 375\u00b0 or until chicken is done.
