Italian Meatball Kabobs(4 Servings) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. lean ground beef (90% lean)
    3 c. Kretschmer wheat germ
    1 egg white, slightly beaten
    2 tsp. Italian seasoning
    2 tsp. garlic powder
    2 tsp. salt (optional)
    2 medium onions, cut into eighths
    2 yellow, red or green bell peppers, cut into chunks
    2 large zucchini or yellow squash, cut into thick slices
Preparation
    Combine first 6 ingredients; mix well.
    Shape into 1 1/2 to 2-inch balls.
    On four skewers, arrange meatballs, onions, peppers and zucchini alternately.
    Grill over medium coals or broil 4 to 5 inches from heat source, 5 to 8 minutes per side for medium doneness (160\u00b0) or until well done (170\u00b0).
