Onion-Baked Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 envelope Lipton Recipe Secrets golden onion soup mix
    1/3 c. plain dry bread crumbs
    4 pork chops (1-inch thick; about 3 lb.)
    1 egg, well beaten
Preparation
    In small bowl, combine soup mix and bread crumbs. Dip chops in egg, then bread crumb mixture until evenly coated. In lightly greased 13 x 9-inch baking or roasting pan, arrange chops. Bake at 400\u00b0, uncovered, for 20 minutes or until done. Turn once. Makes 4 servings.
