Pineapple-Bran Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. shortening
    1/2 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    1/3 c. honey
    1 (8 oz.) can pineapple (crushed)
    1 1/3 c. bran
    1 1/3 c. flour
    2 tsp. soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. milk
Preparation
    Cream shortening and sugar; beat in eggs.
    Stir in honey, pineapple and bran.
    Sift flour, soda and salt together.
    Add to bran mixture alternately with milk.
    Mix lightly; spoon batter into oiled muffin cups.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
    Yield:
    18 small muffins.
