Gnocchi - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg
    1/4 c. olive oil
    1 lb. Ricotta cheese
    flour
Preparation
    Empty Ricotta cheese from container into a bowl.
    Fill Ricotta container with flour and combine with cheese, egg and oil.
    Knead well.
    Divide into 4 equal parts.
    Roll out into \"snakes\" and cut into 1-inch strips.
    Place in boiling water for approximately 2 to 3 minutes.
    Or you may place cut dough on cookie sheet that has been sprayed with Pam and sprinkle with cornmeal and freeze. Remove from freezer and put in plastic bags.
    When ready to serve, remove from freezer and boil.
