Fluffy Mashed Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 to 6 potatoes
1/2 c. evaporated milk
1 tsp. salt
1/2 stick butter
pepper to taste
Preparation

Peel and quarter potatoes. Cover with water and boil in saucepan until tender. Drain water from potatoes but save water. Mash potatoes. Add remaining ingredients and beat until fluffy.
