Honeydew-Walnut Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. slightly under ripe honeydew melon, cubed
1 c. roasted walnuts
4 Tbsp. minced parsley
1 c. diced celery
1 c. finely diced sweet red pepper
4 Tbsp. lime juice
2 tsp. honey
2 Tbsp. white vinegar
1/2 c. vegetable oil
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation

In a large salad bowl, toss together the honeydew, walnuts, parsley, celery and red pepper.
Whisk together the remaining ingredients and pour over the salad.
Toss to coat.
Serve at once or chill and serve.
