Cranberry Relish - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (16 oz.) pkg. fresh cranberries
1 small orange, seeded
1 (3 oz.) pkg. sugar-free raspberry jello
sugar substitute to equal 1/4 c. sugar
Preparation

Grind cranberries and orange on coarse grind setting.
Add sugar substitute and mix.
Mix jello with 1 cup boiling water and 1/2 cup cold water.
Set jello until thick.
Mix in ground cranberry-orange mixture.
Mold in 6-cup bowl, loaf pan or jello mold until set.
Serves 8.
