Paprika Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. shortening
    2 tsp. paprika
    1 tsp. salt
    1 large broiler chicken, cut into pieces
    1 chicken bouillon cube
    4 medium potatoes, cut in quarters
    1 large onion, minced
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1 Tbsp. parsley, minced
Preparation
    Heat shortening until hot in a Dutch oven.
    Add onion and saute until glossy and stir in paprika.
    Cook chicken over high heat, stirring pieces with a fork, until it turns a reddish-golden color.
    Sprinkle with flour, salt and pepper.
    Pour in bouillon cube, dissolved in 1 cup hot water.
    Cover and cook slowly 25 minutes or until tender.
