Six Week Bran Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

15 oz. box Raisin Bran
3 c. sugar
5 c. plain flour, sifted
1 Tbsp. pumpkin pie spice or cinnamon
2 tsp. salt
4 beaten eggs
1 c. melted shortening
2 Tbsp. vanilla
1 qt. buttermilk
Preparation

Mix Raisin Bran, sugar, flour, soda, spice and salt in a very large bowl.
Add eggs, shortening, vanilla and buttermilk.
Mix well.
Store in a covered container in refrigerator and use as desired.
