Pineapple Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans chunk pineapple and juice
    1 c. sugar
    5 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 stack crushed Ritz crackers
    1 1/2 c. grated sharp cheese
    1 stick melted margarine
Preparation
    Mix pineapple, sugar and cornstarch.
    Put in casserole.
    Top with crackers, cheese and margarine.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes. Use with meal or as dessert.
