No Crust Peach Cobbler - cooking recipe

1 stick butter
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
1 c. flour
1 c. milk
1 (No. 3) can peaches
Preparation

Melt butter in glass baking dish; set aside. Sift baking powder, flour and sugar in a bowl. Add milk and mix well. Pour this in baking dish with butter, then add peaches. The batter will rise to cover peaches. Bake at 300\u00b0 until golden brown.
