Mrs. Cullen'S Squash Souffle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. cooked yellow squash
    2 medium carrots, shredded
    1 onion, chopped
    1 small jar pimento
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 stick oleo
    1 pkg. Pepperidge Farm herb stuffing (blue pkg.)
    small carton sour cream or cheese
Preparation
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for about 30 minutes.
