Sawdust Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon Jell-O
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 small can crushed pineapple
    2 c. mini marshmallows
    1/2 pt. whipping cream
    1 egg
    3 tsp. plain flour
    1 large banana
    1 c. pecans
    small piece Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Mix Jell-O as directed.
    Pour into dish and chill to set. Drain pineapple juice into cup.
    Fill with water to make 1 cup liquid.
    Beat egg.
    Add sugar, flour and the 1 cup of juice mixture.
    Cook in double boiler to form custard.
    Cool.
