Upside-Down Hershey Peach Cake(This Is Delicious With Fresh Peaches, Pears Or Pineapple.) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 3/4 c. flour
    1/2 c. cocoa
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. plus 1 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 c. packed brown sugar
    2 Tbsp. light corn syrup
    peach slices
    1/4 c. maraschino cherries, halved
    1/4 c. chopped pecans
    1/2 c. plus 2 Tbsp. butter
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
    3/4 c. buttermilk
Preparation
    Sift first 4 ingredients together in a bowl.
    In #8 iron skillet, melt next 3 ingredients.
    In skillet, arrange peach slices in sunburst, maraschino cherries and pecans.
    In a bowl, blend the next 2 ingredients.
    Add eggs, one at a time, and then vanilla.
    Beat alternately with sifted flour mixture and the buttermilk.
    Put batter over peach mixture and bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
