Lemon Pepper Primavera - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. broccoli flowerets
    1 c. red pepper strips
    1 c. Chinese pea pod slices
    1/2 c. carrot slices
    1 Tbsp. margarine
    1/2 lb. Velveeta light process cheese product, cubed
    2 to 3 Tbsp. skim milk
    1/2 tsp. grated lemon peel
    12 oz. fettucine, cooked and drained
    pepper to taste
Preparation
    Stir-fry vegetables in margarine until crisp-tender.
    Stir Velveeta light cubes, milk and lemon peel in saucepan over low heat until smooth.
    Pour Velveeta light mixture over pasta and vegetables.
    Season with pepper as desired.
    Makes 6 servings. Prep time:
    10 minutes.
    Cooking time: 15 minutes.
