Frosted Braunschweiger Roll - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. braunschweiger
    1/2 c. catsup
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    snipped parsley and paprika
Preparation
    Skin braunsweiger; mash with fork.
    Beat in catsup and Worcestershire sauce.
    Place on waxed paper; shape into 9-inch long roll.
    Refrigerate until firm.
    Remove paper and place on tray.
    Frost entire surface with cream cheese; thin cheese with small amount of milk, if necessary.
    Sprinkle top with parsley and paprika.
    Serve with cocktail crackers.
