Extra Good Pie Crust - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 1/4 c. flour
2 tsp. salt
2 c. shortening
1 Tbsp. sugar
1 egg
cold water
Preparation

In large bowl, sift flour, sugar and salt.
Add shortening. Beat egg in a 1-cup measuring cup and finish filling with cold water.
You can use blender or knife, but works better to use your hands.
