Gooey Pecan Pie Bars - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. all-purpose flour
1/2 c. granulated sugar
1/8 tsp. salt
3/4 c. butter or margarine
1 c. packed brown sugar
1 c. light-colored corn syrup
1/2 c. butter or margarine
4 eggs, slightly beaten
2 1/2 c. finely chopped pecans
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

In a large mixing bowl, stir together the flour, granulated sugar and salt.
Using a pastry blender, cut in 3/4 cup butter until the mixture resembles fine crumbs.
Press the mixture evenly into a greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan.
Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 15 to 18 minutes or until lightly browned; set aside.
