Buttermilk Pancakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. unsifted flour
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 1/4 c. buttermilk
    1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
    2 large eggs, lightly beaten
Preparation
    In a large bowl combine flour, sugar and salt.
    In a small bowl combine buttermilk and baking soda.
    Immediately add to flour mixture.
    Add eggs and mix well (mixture will be lumpy).
    Lightly oil a skillet or griddle, heat at medium temperature.
    Cook pancakes until lightly brown.
    Serve immediately or keep warm in a 200\u00b0 oven.
    Makes approximately 12 to 16 pancakes.
