Tofu Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 cans chicken broth
    3 1/2 cans water
    2 pkg. tofu
    1/2 bunch green onions
    1 lb. ground pork
    white pepper
    fish sauce
    garlic powder
Preparation
    Add white pepper, fish sauce and garlic powder to ground pork. Mix well; let stand.
    Cut tofu into small pieces or cubes.
    Cut green onions into 1 inch lengths; set aside.
    Bring chicken broth and water to boil in Dutch oven or large pot.
    Shape pork mixture into small balls and drop into boiling broth.
    Boil for 5 to 7 minutes, until pork is cooked.
    Add fish sauce to taste.
    Add tofu and cook briefly.
    Add green onions last.
    Remove from heat immediately.
    Serve.
    Sprinkle a little white pepper on top of soup in serving bowls.
