Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. zucchini, grated (do not peel)
    1 c. Bisquick
    1/2 c. oil
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. parsley
    4 eggs
    1 c. Parmesan cheese, grated
    2 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
Preparation
    Mix together and bake 1 hour or until brown at 350\u00b0.
