Ingredients

1 1/3 c. coconut
1/3 c. sugar
1/8 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. flour
2 egg whites
1/2 tsp. almond extract
Preparation

Combine coconut, sugar, flour and salt in mixing bowl.
Stir in egg whites and extract; mix well.
Drop by teaspoon onto greased baking sheets.
Bake for 20 minutes at 325\u00b0 or until brown around edges.
Remove from baking sheets immediately.
Makes 1 1/2 dozen.
