Chicken With Potatoes And Peppers(Microwave) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 to 3 lb. chicken, cut into serving pieces
    1 lb. potatoes, cut into 1-inch pieces
    1 (28 oz.) can whole peeled tomatoes, drained and chopped (reserve 1/2 c. liquid)
    1/2 c. Italian dressing
    2 medium onions, cut into quarters
    2 medium peppers (red, yellow or green), cut into strips
    1 Tbsp. fresh rosemary leaves
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Microwave Directions:
    In 3-quart microwave casserole, arrange chicken, skin side down, with thickest portions to the outer edge of casserole.
    Cover with wax paper and microwave at High for 12 minutes, rearranging once; drain.
    Remove chicken and place on paper towels; set aside.
