Peach Cobbler - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. fresh, sliced and slightly sweetened peaches
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 c. flour, sifted
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 egg, beaten
    6 Tbsp. margarine, melted
Preparation
    Place peaches in an oblong dish.
    Sprinkle with lemon juice. Sift dry ingredients together and combine with egg, mixing until crumbly.
    Sprinkle over peaches.
    Cover with margarine and bake in a 375\u00b0 oven for 35 to 45 minutes or until crusty and brown.
    Serve warm with ice cream.
