Texas Style Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 1/2 lb. stew meat
    1/2 c. vegetable oil
    1 1/2 c. chopped onions
    1 c. chopped green bell pepper
    1/2 c. chopped red bell pepper
    3 cloves garlic, chopped
    2 (16 oz.) cans tomatoes
    1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
    8 tsp. beef bouillon granules
    2 Tbsp. chili powder
    1 Tbsp. ground cumin
    2 tsp. oregano leaves
    1 can chili hot beans
    1 can red beans
    1 can kidney beans
    shredded Monterey Jack cheese
Preparation
    Brown stew meat in vegetable oil; remove from skillet.
    Saute onions, bell pepper and garlic until tender.
    Combine all ingredients.
    Cook in slow cooker 5 to 6 hours or on stove top (bring to a boil, reduce heat, cover and simmer 2 hours).
    Garnish with cheese and serve with tortilla chips.
