Spinach Brownies(Vegetable) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach
    1 lb. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
    1 c. flour
    2 eggs, beaten
    1/4 Tbsp. butter, melted
    1 c. milk
Preparation
    Drain spinach; squeeze out moisture.
    Combine cheese, spinach and onion in a large bowl.
    Stir salt, baking powder and nutmeg into flour, then mix with spinach.
    Mix together the eggs, butter and milk.
    Add to the other ingredients.
    Line a 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish with foil; spray with Pam.
    Pour mixture into pan; bake for 35 minutes in a 350\u00b0 oven until lightly browned.
