Potatoes In Sour Cream Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. potatoes, sliced
salt to taste
2 Tbsp. margarine
1/2 c. sour cream
1/2 c. water
2 Tbsp. flour
1 c. milk
1/2 tsp. parsley
Preparation

Place potatoes in 2-quart baking dish.
Add salt and water. Cook, covered, 12 minutes; stir twice.
Let stand 10 minutes, covered.
Melt margarine; add flour, then milk.
Cook 2 minutes or until thickens on Full power.
Add sour cream, salt and pepper to taste.
Stir into drained potatoes.
Stir in parsley.
Sprinkle paprika on top for garnish.
Cook for 2 minutes on Full power.
