Caramel Icing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. brown sugar
    1/2 c. cream
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Mix the ingredients and bring to a boil (approximately 5 minutes).
    Boil 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
    Remove from heat and beat until creamy.
    (Add more cream, if necessary.)
