Blackened Fish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 Tbsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. paprika
    1 tsp. cayenne pepper
    1 tsp. onion powder
    3/4 tsp. white pepper
    drawn butter
    1/2 tsp. oregano
    1/2 tsp. thyme
    2 lb. fish fillets (sole, orange roughy or red fish)
    lemon wedges
Preparation
    In a small bowl, combine all spices.
    Roll fish fillets in spices and saute.
    Serve with butter and lemon wedges.
    Serves 4.
