Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (2 lb.) pkg. frozen hash browns, thawed
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1/2 soup can milk
    1 pt. sour cream
    2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    salt and pepper to taste
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 stick melted margarine
    2 c. crushed cornflakes
Preparation
    Melt margarine (save 3 tablespoons for cornflakes) and saute onion until tender.
    Mix potatoes, sauteed onion and butter.
    Pour into a large casserole dish.
    Combine soup, milk and sour cream. Pour over potatoes.
    Sprinkle with grated cheese.
    Melt reserved 3 tablespoons of butter.
    Add crushed cornflakes and stir until well coated.
    Spread over top of casserole.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 minutes.
