Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    4 Tbsp. flour
    4 c. milk
    2 tsp. salt
    6 c. sliced raw potatoes
    Velveeta cheese (optional)
Preparation
    Melt 4 tablespoons butter, add flour and salt.
    Add milk slowly and cook until sauce thickens.
    Melt cheese in sauce if used.
    Add sliced potatoes; bring to a boil.
    Put into a 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish and dot with remaining butter.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
    Yields 15 servings.
