Baked Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 thick steak (2 to 2 1/2 inches thick) or chuck roast
    catsup
    A.1. sauce
    1 large onion
    1 c. mushrooms
    1 c. strong coffee
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Run cold water over steak.
    Sprinkle tenderizer over on both sides; set\tovernight
    or
    1
    to 2 hours.
    Cover with wax paper. Brown on
    both
    sides in little oleo.
    Place in baking pan.
    Top with
    A.1.,
    catsup,
    chopped
    onion and mushrooms. Bake 2 hours at\t325\u00b0.
    Last
    20 minutes of baking time, pour black coffee over and
    baste
    several times.
    Last 5 minutes, rake toppings into gravy.
