Rhubarb Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. brown sugar
    1/2 c. white sugar
    1/2 c. shortening
    1 egg
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. sour milk (add 1 tsp. vinegar to sour)
    2 c. flour
    1 1/2 c. sliced rhubarb
Preparation
    Cream together brown sugar, white sugar, shortening and egg. Add vanilla, sour milk and flour to creamed mixture.
    Stir in rhubarb.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for about 45 minutes.
