Mandarin Orange Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. graham crackers
1/4 lb. butter, melted
1/4 c. sugar
1 can Eagle Brand milk
1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip
1 (6 oz.) can unsweetened frozen orange juice, thawed
2 small cans mandarin oranges, drained
Preparation

Finely crush crackers; add butter and sugar.
Press mixture into a 9 x 13 x 2-inch dish.
Reserve some crumbs for garnish. Blend orange juice and milk in a bowl.
Stir in Cool Whip and oranges.
Fold in, do not beat.
Pour mixture over crumb crust. Top with reserved crumbs.
Refrigerate before serving.
