Strawberry Refrigerator Dessert - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/2 c. soft butter
1 c. sifted powdered sugar
2 eggs, beaten
2 c. vanilla wafer crumbs
1 pt. strawberries, sliced
1 c. whipping cream, whipped

Preparation

Beat butter until creamy.
Add sugar, then eggs and beat. Place 1/2 of crumbs in a 7 x 11-inch pan.
Spread cream mixture on top.
Cover with strawberries, then the whipped cream.
Top with remaining crumbs.
Chill thoroughly.
