Dinner Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. milk
    1/4 c. butter
    1/4 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    1 Tbsp. yeast
    4 c. flour
    1/4 c. water
Preparation
    Scald milk and add sugar, butter and salt.
    Let cool.
    Add beaten egg, then yeast.
    Mix in flour.
    Don't knead!
    Mix with wooden spoon; it should be sticky.
    Let rise until double (1 hour).
    Flour counter as dough will be sticky! Shape into rolls; let rise.
    Bake 15 minutes at 425\u00b0.
