Easy Chicken Pot Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 whole chicken
1 can corn
1 can mixed vegetables
4 carrots, peeled and diced
3 potatoes, peeled and diced
1/2 onion, diced
1 can peas
4 ready made pie crusts in tins
Preparation

Boil water.
Add chicken, carrots, potatoes and onion; cook until done.
Debone chicken; dice up.
Drain juice and save.
Add canned vegetables.
Add some of the juice back to pan.
Heat all together.
Thicken with cornstarch and water.
