Country Ham Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg
    3/4 c. milk
    2 c. Bisquick
    1/4 c. oil
    1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    1 c. country ham (not cooked), cut into small pieces
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients and bake in muffin tins at 350\u00b0 until lightly browned.
