Green Bean Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. chopped bell pepper
1/2 c. grated Sharp cheese
1 can Shoe Peg corn (white, Green Giant), drained
1 can French-style green beans, drained
1 can cream of celery soup
1/2 pt. sour cream
1 stick oleo
1 stick butter flavored chicken (Ritz), crushed
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Mix first 8 ingredients together.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
Place in 9 x 13 casserole dish.
Melt the oleo and mix with crackers.
Spread on vegetable mixture and bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
