Potato Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. Frozen Hash Brown Potatoes
1/2 c. Chopped Onion
1 can Cream of Chicken Soup
2 c. Cornflakes (crushed)
1 1/2 sticks Butter or Margarine
8 oz. Shredded Cheddar Cheese
1 pt. Sour Cream
Preparation
-
Mix potatoes, 1 stick melted butter, onion, cheese, soup and sour cream.
Put in greased 9 x 13 inch glass baking dish.
Mix remaining 1/2 stick melted butter and cornflakes.
Sprinkle on top.
Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours.
