Fried Green Beans - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 small cans green beans
    2 Tbsp. Crisco or 1/2 Crisco and 1/2 margarine
    1/2 c. flour or a little more
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Drain green beans well.
    Add to medium hot skillet with the Crisco.
    Sprinkle flour
    over
    top of beans.
    Add salt and pepper. Turn
    easy,
    so as to not break beans.
    Let flour get brown and crisp
    over
    beans.
    Fry only until beans and flour are hot and most of flour is brown.
