Red Beans And Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. red beans
    1/2 lb. salt pork slices
    1 large onion, chopped
    1/4 c. minced celery with leaves
    1/4 c. minced parsley
    2 c. water
    1 c. rice
    sliced Andulee sausage
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Put all ingredients together; bring to a boil on top of the stove.
    Reduce to simmer for 20 minutes, or until rice is soft. Serves 8.
