Famous Austrian Chicken Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 whole chicken, cut up
    4 c. celery
    6 c. potatoes
    3 c. carrots
    2 onions, chopped
    Parmesan cheese, finely grated
    crushed garlic
    salt and pepper to taste
    your favorite pasta
    corn kernels
    potatoes, chopped
Preparation
    Put the first five ingredients in a soup pot; add enough water to cover.
    Bring to a boil; lower heat and cook for 1 to 2 hours. Remove chicken from pot and place in a bowl to cool; set aside. Puree in a blender the remaining broth and cooked vegetables.
    Add to taste Parmesan cheese, garlic, salt and pepper.
    Remove chicken from bones and cut into bite-size pieces; add to pureed broth.
    In separate saucepans, cook the pasta, corn and potatoes.
